THEATRE I FOR AGES 12- 14-

This class is designed to develop the confidence and creativity of the actor in plays and musicals. Students will study correct vocal projection, stage movement, character development, and objective based acting. The class begins with group exercises and will also include opportunities for individual development and partner work.

THEATRE II FOR AGES 12- 14
2PM- 4:30PM 2nd semester class time
$30 PER MONTH
In this class, students engage
in acting exercises and scene work to increase their focus and active listening, use physical actions to demonstrate character choice, and define acting objectives within texts. They also continue to develop vocal range and articulation. Students rehearse and perform two-person scenes, monologues as well as learning audition strategies for plays and musicals.

THEATRE I & THEATRE II FOR AGES 15-18

$30 PER MONTH
This class will strengthen and enhance skills in ensemble work/team work, movement, voice, scene and play analysis, scene work including an emphasis on character development and emotional truth, improvisational skills, character analysis and performance, audition skills, career paths, designing, directing and playwriting.

BALLET I FOR AGES 12 & UP for students in Theatre I -

The foundation of all dance forms. Body placement, flexibility, balance, alignment, strength and technique are achieved through barre and center floorwork.
STUDENTS IN THEATRE I AND /OR THOSE NON THEATRE STUDENTS AGES 12 & UP WHO ARE NEW TO BALLET SHOULD TAKE THIS CLASS.
BALLET II FOR AGES 13 & UP for students in Theatre II-

FOR STUDENTS IN THEATRE II WITH BALLET EXPERIENCE AND/OR TEACHER PLACEMENT
TAP/ JAZZ COMBO-
1:00PM- 1:55PM
$45/month
Tap is percussive style of dance where dancers use their feet as an instrument. Our tap classes focus on musicality, timing, and rhythm. Jazz will be taught to age appropriate music focusing on technique, rhythm, body awareness, simple choreography and high-energy fun!
JAZZ FOR THEATRE II for AGES 12 & UP- new time
3:00PM-3:40PM- 1st semester class only
$30 /month
In this class, students explore turns, jumps and more detailed choreography. This class works on mastery of movement and adding style and artistry for an individual approach to the technique.
RECOMMENDED TO TAKE JAZZ IN CONJUNCTION WITH BALLET II FOR THEATRE II STUDENTS
PRIVATE VOICE
Each 30 minute lesson is individually designed for the student and will include one-on-one training in musical theatre vocal technique, building a vocal repertoire, as well as performance coaching.
After registration,lessons are scheduled with instructor.
$25 per lesson (paid monthly), Semester supply fee of $15 per student
SEMI- PRIVATE VOICE
Semi-private lessons can be arranged for two students of similar age and skill level. This is most suitable for siblings who want to have lessons together. In each 45 minute lesson basic musical theatre vocal fundamentals are taugh and will learn age appropriate vocal repertoire.
After registration,lessons are scheduled with instructor.
$20 per lesson (paid monthly) per student. Semester supply fee of $15 per student
