REFUND POLICY
LifeLight Youth Theatre Production Summer Camps are extremely popular and fill up fast! Before registering, please ensure your camper is available for all scheduled dates, including performances on the final Friday. Full attendance is required—no exceptions, refunds, or prorated fees for missed days.

Summer Production Camp Attendance, Transfer & Refund Policy
LifeLight Youth Theatre Production Summer Camps are extremely popular and fill up fast. Families typically make summer plans well in advance, and once camps are full it is often difficult—or impossible—to fill openings that occur later in the season.
Before registering, please confirm that your camper is available for all scheduled camp dates, including performances on the final day. Full attendance is required.
There are no exceptions, refunds, or prorated fees for missed days due to vacations, conflicts, or other activities.
Once a camper is registered, expenses are immediately incurred on their behalf, including staffing commitments, licensing, scripts and music, supplies, planning time, and production materials.
IMPORTANT: Withdrawal Fee & Refund Policy
All withdrawals are subject to a mandatory withdrawal fee. This fee helps offset non-recoverable expenses that are incurred for each camper at the time of registration.
- A $100 withdrawal fee will be charged for any withdrawal, regardless of the withdrawal date.
- The registration fee is non-refundable and is not applied toward tuition refund
Refund Timeline (After Withdrawal & Registration Fees Are Applied)
- Through March 1: Eligible for a full tuition refund, minus the $100 withdrawal fee and registration fee
- Through April 30: Eligible for a 50% tuition refund, minus the $100 withdrawal fee and registration fee
- Starting May 1: No refunds will be issued for any reason
Transfers
Transfers are not available.
If a camper is registered for the incorrect camp, families must withdraw and re-register or join the waiting list (if space allows).
Please triple-check camp dates, age groups, and selections before completing registration.
By enrolling in a LifeLight Youth Theatre Production Summer Camp, families acknowledge and agree to this policy, including the mandatory $100 withdrawal fee.
Refund policy for September through May weekly classes/productions-
Supply/Registration fees are non- refundable plus an additional $25 processing fee on all refunds.
• Each class that your child has attended will be prorated and deducted from your refund.
• Once a child auditions, production fees, script fees, costume rentals are non-refundable.
